The 7 Laux bike park offers 15 trails across five levels: 3 greens for beginners, 3 blues for intermediates, 5 reds for advanced riders, 4 blacks for experts, and the elite Absinthe trail. Higher sections feature technical rocky terrain, while lower slopes offer jumps, berms and flow features. Trails wind through shaded forests and alpine meadows with Grésivaudan valley views. Lift-linked enduro connectors enable multiple descents, with regular maintenance from June to September.

The Les 7 Laux resort is remarkably accessible. 35km from Grenoble and 50km from Chambéry, you're there in under an hour by car. Drive via the A41/A43, or take public buses from Grenoble TGV (lines N95/N96). Airports: Grenoble 35km, Chambéry 1hr, Lyon 90min, Geneva 2hrs. MTB season runs June to September, with the lifts open every day.
